Abstract:
The present study specifies the need to evaluate the sri and its effects on the tax culture of
the canton milagro period 2007-2017, with the purpose of defining exhaustively how the tax culture influences in the informal sectors of the city of Milagro.
This research frames the principle of identifying lines of action that generate a positive impact on the nation, through the contribution of taxpayers.Through the Internal Revenue Service, a negative impact is currently seen, since there is no firm stance on what should be collected at national, regional or local level for both merchants, producers and consumers.
In this economic approach, it is sought that strategies are generated that contribute significantly to the levels of collection, as well as the income for the Ecuadorian state.

El siguiente proyecto está orientado a la gestión del negocio, a fin de evaluar el impacto del SRI y sus efectos en la cultura tributaria del Cantón Milagro, Consumidor, Comerciante y Productores, periodo 2007 – 2017 y a su vez, definir cómo afecta su desarrollo económico por la falta de los conocimientos requeridos, asimismo, perfeccionar el nivel de conocimiento empresarial que orientan a la toma de decisiones correctas.
