One of the serious problems that find in the learning of the English language is that we don't find books, manuals or pamphlets that allow us to translate the written material that comes along with the equipment or materials for laboratories, shop of technical schools or not, of the local educational system, speaking of Milagro city. Most of the time, teachers are forced to improvise, using the translation software that exists in the market and in the Internet, those which, although they help enough they are not really reliable, the result of the work is mediocre.&#13;
With the proposal of this work we want to contribute with a first delivery, where besides providing the student a support tool in the translation, with the words of the glossary, we are giving English's teacher a small guide with which we hope we can attend in a better way to the students involved in technical careers, especially to those of English's area. There is another big problem to challenge; it is the fact on not knowing how to use strategies, TICs or any material resources in our classes. This project is going to analyze and suggest a guide of concepts to understand the problem in a better way and trying to improve the process transforming it from a vertical one... into a process in a horizontal line which becomes the best remedy ever for a good development of the teaching-learning process.

Effective and efficient communication is direly required to compete in this ever-changing modern world. The importance of English as a key  foreign language is unquestionable which emphasizes learning it so well as to be its competent user. Teaching English as a second language (ESL) is a very challenging task but a language teacher (LT) can make it a success and enjoyable with the help of introducing  different activities in the class and by the integration of the four Language Learning Skills (LLSs), i.e. Listening skill, Reading Skill, Writing Skill and Speaking Skill.  &#13;
Ironically the teachers of English language have been concentrating on just one language skill, i.e. ""Writing Skill"". Some others (a little more worried and helpful) take in account reading skill but not in the same level. This thesis argues that any language can't be taught in  isolation; we must integrate the four LLSs to produce proficient users of that language.

Based on the foregoing, it is hypothesized: If it develops audiovisual teaching strategy for teaching English, helping to improve the teaching and learning of English. Strategy linked to the practice of proper use of teaching aids, taking into account the development of the study area are related to multimedia labs properly equipped, can accommodate a certain number of students with visual media, sent from a control panel where can be established techniques applicable to the subject development, allowing the playback of audio-video materials, based on a set of activities (exercises oral, written, imaging, etc.) to establish the skills of each skill (listening, speaking, reading, writing) immersed in the English language. The type of use of new technology applied to teaching English language shows that students involved in this learning will find motivation, updating and, above all the reflection in the awareness that includes the study and learning a language universally spoken. And the motivation in conjunction with the renovation of university teachers therefore it is not only part of his personal life but as an economic input in postgraduate performance. The continuing search for new teaching applicable to the environment associated with the technology will always lead to the link improvements for the good performance of the students meet the requirements demanded by the process of teaching and learning.
