Résumé: The present study analyzes the bibliographic data referring to internal communication and the development of competitiveness in the Marcelino Maridueña transport cooperative. In companies, communication is an aspect of immediate achievement, while competitiveness is usually projected in the long term. Knowing these parameters, the evolution of one variable of immediate application was established with another one of long range. With a greater notoriety and impulse towards the small and medium companies, the study of the factors that generate competitive development in them is of great importance. Internal communication is one of those elements and constitutes the basis of the entire development process of an organization. Internal communication is projected within three main guidelines: the transmission of values and guidelines, the transfer of daily information and the management of a good working environment. The first guideline emphasizes the homogeneity in the way in which the organization is viewed, the second focuses on the adequate and optimal use of the available information, while the third seeks to promote good institutional relations. The described guidelines can present several barriers of communication that are very identifiable in the institution under study, and that affect the good performance of their daily tasks. The scarcity or excess of information, and rumors are the main barriers that deteriorate the good flow of communication and disrupt the good working environment. Competitiveness is reinforced through an internal communication system, where information is transmitted to the right person at the right time. A good culture implies good results, and a good culture emanates from an efficient and effective communication, which in the long term will suppose the development of competitive advantages for the Marcelino Maridueña Transport Cooperative.
Description: La presente investigación es un análisis documental de la variable competitividad frente al estudio de la comunicación interna enmarcado en la Cooperativa de Transporte Marcelino Maridueña; que intenta generar valor estableciendo referencias bibliográficas que den sustento a los aspectos que envuelven a las variables, dentro del proceso de desarrollo de una organización.
