Natural interactions and comprehensiblelinguistic input are essential to construct engaging conditions to acquire English language Effective oral and written exposure to language is pivotal to understand and produce a language However developing listening comprehension skills may be a challenge for ADHD students due to attention behavior and cognitive difficulties and the unique characteristics of EFL context In this sense this research aims to document effective instructional strategies for enhancing listening skills among high school learners with ADHD To do so an exploratorydeductive qualitative research design was applied through an extensive revision of the literature Data was collected from 60 academic sources and analyzed through neurolinguistic and pedagogical lens using a constant comparative coding method The results suggest that to guide ADHD learners to develop listening competences in English language instructor need to construct learning environment that included simplified input and content clear instructions multisensorial conditions and studentcenter instruction based on individual needs Simple linguisticallyrich engaging and multisensorial environments facilitate learning for ADHD and may impact on their overall academic achievement and language development
